  PHOTOS IN BASEBALL MOGUL

Baseball Mogul is designed to allow you to add your own custom art to the game in any section where you are able to choose a photo for an aspect of the game. You can set new art for:

  • Player Photos
  • GM and Agent Pictures

This page lists instructions for adding art to each of these sections.

Click here for information on changing the entire visual look of Baseball Mogul using "skins"

Installing New Player Art for Player Photos

Player art pieces are 160 pixels wide and 200 pixels high, and can be in BMP (24-bit "true color") or JPG format.

If you add a 160x200 pixel bitmap to the directory marked <installdir>/Photos, it can be used by the game for player art. For Scouting Reports, Baseball Mogul first looks in <installdir>/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Portraits/ and then in <installdir>/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Action/. For photos in the Headlines section, the game looks in <installdir>/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Action/ first. Use the Edit Player option (available on the Scouting Report, only in Commissioner Mode) to change any player's photo filename.

Installing New GM and Agent Photos

The photos used for team general managers and player agents are found in the FACES subdirectory of Baseball Mogul's DIALOGS directory. These files are 80 pixels wide and 100 pixels high, in true color (24 bit color), and all are in BMP format.
